Corporation Profile – 25 Years in Business

Enders Process Equipment Corporation was incorporated October 27, 1978 in Illinois (25+ years in business) providing products that, although used in many chemical & food processes find their largest application in treatment of waste as follows:

  • Fume Incinerators catalytic or thermal with heat recovery are provided as required to minimize both operating costs and equipment costs depending on the application.
  • Fluidized Bed Incinerators are offered to dispose of municipal sewage sludge, municipal solid waste and almost any waste containing organics while fluidized bed chemical recovery systems not only oxidize the organics but recover inorganics in the form of pellets as well. .
  • Small Rubbish Incinerators to economically dispose of wood, paper etc. Vertical designs include large (4'x 7') door containing another swing door at it's top and combustion air flow louvers at bottom. Opening main door makes it easy to clean (paper drum metal rings etc).
  • Multi-Effect Evaporators concentrate water based solutions/slurries in processes for all industries from food (fruit juice etc.)to paper (black liquor) production.
  • Gas Fired Tank Evaporators vaporize to the atmosphere, water in dilute waste to reduce it's volume as much as 99% saving the cost of hauling this water. Low cost insures payout period in less than one year. Fuel is $0.04 to $0.05 per gallon; hauling is ten times that.
  • Vacuum Stills (single stage or fractionating) recover organic solvents in waste sludge or in other solvents, using electric power, hot-oil temp bath or steam.

For successful completion of it's projects, the corporation depends upon a group of key, experienced and licensed engineers to provide 1) conceptual designs based on process parameters, 2) detailed engineering drawings, 3) fabrication, 4) field erection and 5) start-up/operating training. Technology is sold through long or short term license agreements.

Enders' has supplied both single effect and multi-effect evaporators of all types. The first in 1980, a quadruple effect to Kimberly Clark de Mexico's pulp mill at Orizaba Veracruz, Mexico. Since then Enders' waste water evaporators were supplied to the U.S. Navy, the U.S. Department of Energy, Chem Nuclear Systems Inc. (for Russia) and to many different types of industries.

The fact that the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) participated in sponsoring, promoting and financing our Fluidized Bed Chemical Recovery project in India through it's TEST program (PDF Document) demonstrates Enders' technology as USAID's solution to India's pulp mill pollution. Since 1978, the corporation has built an impressive list of good references and is anxious for future growth seeking honest, competitive and fair contracts.

The first two Fluidized Bed Chemical Recovery Systems are up and running in India. Likewise demand for Enders' municipal sludge and refuse incinerators with flue gas heat recovery/power generation and flue gas cleaning systems is now developing.
